This is an early design of Larry’s popular Saint Gaudens plaster relief. This was created in 1995 when Larry was working at the Artist in Residence at The Saint Gaudens National Park, in Cornish, NH. He was awarded this seasonal summer position in NH while a student at the New York Academy of Art in NYC. The text on top and bottom of relief was added by Larry when he was establishing his own studio in Windsor, VT.
